I create bespoke cyanotype and photographic artworks for clients looking for something personal and considered. Whether it’s a horse, a property, a landscape or another subject with a story behind it, we’ll work together to create a piece that feels entirely your own.
Each commission is approached individually, from the initial idea through to the finished artwork.
Cyanotype Commissions
A bespoke cyanotype transforms a subject with personal meaning into a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
The process can begin with an existing photograph, or I can photograph the subject specifically for your commission. From there, I use modern photographic techniques alongside the traditional cyanotype process to create each piece by hand.
Horses, working gear, woolsheds and other rural buildings, landscapes and meaningful details can all become part of the finished work. Every commission begins with your story and is created individually for you.
Photographic Commissions
My photographic work is inspired by the landscapes, animals and details of rural life, and commissions allow me to create something specifically for you.
This might be a portrait of a much-loved horse, the landscape you call home, a family property or simply a scene that tells part of your story. I’ll photograph it with the finished artwork in mind, considering light, composition and the character of the subject from the very beginning.
The final image is produced as a fine art print on beautiful archival paper, with framing options available to create a finished piece designed to live with you for years to come.
